He was predeceased by: his father Celester Knighton. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Knighton (Dubois) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his wife Linda Knighton of Clyde; his children, Raymond D. Knighton, Jr. of Clyde, Benjamin C. Knighton of Eastland, Amelia Knighton of Eastland and Miranda Reich (Blake) of Abilene; his siblings, Gordon Leroy Knighton of Las Vegas, Nevada, Johnny Knighton of Las Vegas, Nevada and Melody McKesson (Dennis) of Las Vegas; and his grandchildren, Paxton Ramos-Toler and Atlas J. Knighton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
