He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Franklin Todd and Thaddie Mae Carter Todd. He is survived by: his children, Marcia Beth Wiggins Todd, Thomas Wiggins Todd, Carol Ann Todd Owen and Sheila Jan Todd Guerin; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Elizabeth Williams, Louis Anthony Guerin and Mariel Elizabeth Guerin.
