He is survived by: his wife Eva Cochran Cotten; his stepdaughter Patricia Howell (Jim) of Decatur; his son Eric Pechacek (Martha) of Hamby; his grandchildren, James Warren Howell (Labresa) of Chico, Caitlin Bybee (Jeff) of Santo and Codi Parmerlee (Tyler) of Clyde; his great grandchildren, Kaydnz Brown, Brylie Clark, Kynlee Clark, Jameson Howell, Jorja Howell, Kooper Bybee, Jaxson Bybee, Adonis Brown and Jhane Brown; and his nephew Emmit Smith (Terri) of Houston.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bailey-Howard Funeral Home (105 Oak St, Clyde, TX 79510). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bailey-Howard Funeral Home Chapel (105 Oak St, Clyde, TX 79510). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Clyde Cemetery (506 Hunt St, Clyde, TX 79510).
