He was predeceased by: his former wife Joy Allen Berry; his sisters, Joan Medford (Johnny) and Linda Holley; and his parents, Cliff Harrell and Billie Berry Harrell.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, GeGe, Jim and Jimbo; his uncle John Berry; his wife Janie Berry of Clyde; his children, Lisa Berry Cade (Mike) of Rotan and Scott Berry (Rachyl) of Clyde; his stepchildren, Taggert Williams (Jena) of Pickton and Jo (Turner); his grandchildren, Katy Sepeda (Clay Cade) of Hamlin, Brett Berry (Brandon Berry) of Abilene, Kyler Berry (Aliyah Sullivan) of Clyde, Yasmine Thomason (Ben Thomason) of Clyde, Brooke (Hope), Gage (Rhett), Keylee (Alex), Coco (John) and Hunter Williams (Trinity Williams) of Pickton; his great grandchildren, Jackson Sepeda (Alisa) of Sweetwater, Cooper Sepeda, Piper Sepeda of Hamlin, Parker Cade, Nora Cade of Snyder, Savannah Sullivan, Stetson Sullivan of Abilene, Ella Piercy of Clyde, Everlee, Ellie Lafollette of Clyde and Theodore Berry of Abilene; and his pets, Rose and Dewey.
His Uncle John and Aunt Thelma Berry donated the rock off their land to build the church, which still stands today.
