She is survived by: her husband Phillip Andrew Smith of Clyde; her sons, Steven Smith (Trella) of Clyde, David Smith (Teresa) of Fishers Indiana, Casey Smith of Azle and Clint Smith of Abilene; her sister Judy Henderson of Springtown; and her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Amber, Haley (Billy Taylor), Abigail, Chloe, Megan, Caitlyn and Morgan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends.
