He is survived by: his brother Carroll Howe (Valerie) of Vashon Washington; his sister-in-law Pat Howe of Clyde; his children, Lester Howe (Lou Ann) of West, Cindy Seabourn (Bert) of Clyde and Brad Johnson (Corey) of Austin, Texas.; his grandchildren, Jordan Howe, Nick Howe, Jonathan Seabourn and KaSarah Morgan (Chris); and his great grandchild Kinsler Mariam Morgan of Chiang Rai, Thailand.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
