He is survived by: his mother Geneva McGaugh Ballard of Clyde; his spouse Shawn Ballard; his children, Nathan Ballard of Clyde, Tosha Cardenas of Clyde and Renee Waggoner (Jeff) of Clyde; his sister Linda Gibson of Clyde; his grandchildren, Shelby Waggoner, Jacob Waggoner, Joshua Waggoner, Natalie Waggoner, Baylor Cardenas and Hollynd Cardenas; his great grandchild Raylee Valdez; his niece Dusty Allen; and his nephews, Chris Allen, Justin Gibson and Jimmy Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Cowboy Heritage Church in Clyde.
