He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jackie (Rutherford); his daughter Mabry Michele Kniffen of Bryan, TX; his granddaughters, Meaghan Mabry Kniffen-Wingo of Nashville, TN and Carrington Brooke Kniffen-Wingo of College Station, TX; his brother Jimmy Kniffen; his sister-in-law Linda Kniffen; and his grandson Clyde. He was also cherished by cats and dogs.
