He is survived by: his former spouse Jan Williams; his wife Anna Jeanette Rice (Jan) of Clyde; his siblings, John Rice (Willow Bell) of Rising Star, Tommy Ray Rice (Ellen) of Carbon and Dora Fae Simmons of Cisco; and his grandchildren, Leslie A. Ford (Randall) of Ft. Worth and Carl Franklin Rice, III (Trey).
