He was predeceased by: his parents, Loy Harvey and Hester Davis; and his brothers, Gerald Harvey and Davis Harvey. He is survived by: his spouse Vera Cheely Searl; his sister Barbara Kilmartin of Oklahoma; his daughter Linda Harvey of Clute; his granddaughter Dawn Grimes (Pete) of Lake Jackson; his great grandchildren, Dustin Grimes (Haley) of Jones Creek and Caitlin Grimes of Austin; and his great great grandchild Ayden Grimes.
