It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis Lee Davis (Clute, Texas), born in Eastland, Texas, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Edward Davis and Martha Jane Davis (Jackson); his wife Betty Rea Frost Whiley; his son James; and his sister Rosa Baker of Brownwood, Texas..

He is survived by: his children, Edwin Lee Davis (Sue) of Blanket, Allen Whiley (Kimberly) of Iowa Falls, IA, Troy Whiley (Merideth) of Bellevue, NE, Cathey Day (Davis) of Brownwood Texas and Marcella Peck (Russell) of Atlantic, IA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grand children, and 1 great great grandchild.
