He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Timothy Adams and Verma Alene Jones Adams; his siblings, Samuel Eugene Adams, Guy Adams, Jackie Adams and Peggy Jo Adams Pittman; and his great grandchild Christian Holloman.
He is survived by: his wife Elouise Adams; his daughters, Cheree Kardenetz (Phillip), Barbara Patzke (Jay) and Lynne Davies (John); and his sister Johnnie Carol Adams Mead. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Max's honor to any of these organizations: Samaritan's Purse, St. Jude, Shriner's Children Hospital, or SMILE.
