He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Azlin and Ruth Azlin; and his brother Charles Azlin. He is survived by: his wife Carol Azlin; his children, Tim (Carol Sue) of Clute and Lisa Koenig (Mike) of Harper; his granddaughters, Emily Radford, Sarah Azlin, Shelby Stevenson and Callie Koenig; his nieces, Tammy DeLeon, Alicia VanDerVeer, Becky Durst and Melynda Spoor; his nephew Dennis Azlin; and his brother J. C. Azlin.
