He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elton and Era V Sims Williams; his daughter-in-law Tracy "Amy" Williams; and his brother Nealon Williams. He is survived by: his wife Gaila Diann Williams; his sons, Royce Kelley Williams (Jamie), James Troy Williams and John Stephen Williams (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Erica Williams, Madison Williams, Sergio Valenzuela Martinez, Carlo Busch Jr., Amber Williams, Brandi Williams, Zander Williams, Kyle Sewell, Yolanda Cooper, Jase Callis, Aiden Callis and Jacob Dorsey; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Maevis, Angela, Emily and Erin; his great great grandchild Eli; his brothers, Farley Joe Williams (Gail) and James Gaylon Williams (Eula Campbell); and also, Yvonne Pierce and Carolyn Ann Stefka (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church, Clute, Texas or to charity of choice.
