He is survived by: his wife Rhona Ashworth; his children, Robert W, James Paul Ashworth Sr. (Lani) of Atascocita and Cheryl Ashworth Rye (David) of Huffman; his sister-in-law Vicki Carlie of Brazoria; his niece Susie Crocker of Clute; his grandchildren, James Paul Ashworth Jr., Trey William Ashworth, Paige Nichole Ashworth, Samantha Rye, Katie Rye, Faith Renee Ashworth, Brooke, Ann Pfaff and Carter Ryan Ashworth; and his great grandchildren, Grace Ashworth and Hope Ashworth. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
