She is survived by: her significant other David Musick; her daughter Annette Mallie Musick; her brother Gerry Dwight Lebow; her aunts and uncles, Wally, Joyce Caskey, Gene and Betty Caskey; and her pet Drummer. She is also survived by numerous friends, nephews and cousins.
