We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2025, at the age of 85, Nancy Kathryn Coates-Bayers (Clute, Texas), born in Bellmead, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Ruth Pollock and Riley Emmitt McDaniel; and her husbands, Jim Coates and Willie Bayer. She is survived by: her friend James Raymond Coates; her children, Kathryn LaDonna, James Rodney, Debbie, Kathy and Lisa; her friends, Gaylen and Maurine Jones; her children, LaDonna Davis (Ronnie) and Rodney Coates (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Jake Davis, Josh Davis, Daniel Coates, Caleb Coates, Allyssa Canoy and Caleb Canoy. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and numerous bonus children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Stroud Funeral Home (538 Brazosport Blvd N, Clute, TX 77531). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
