She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Pipkin and Anna Mae Pipkin; her husband Victor Ray Leeper; and her siblings, Reaford Pipkin and Julia Campbell.
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Crooks and Sharon Sump; her sister-in-law Velda Rennscheidt; her children, Susan Orr (Scotty), Carol Bolton (Jon), Barbara Leeper, Kenneth Leeper (Elizabeth) and Robert Leeper (Diana); her grandchildren, Camaryn Modelli, Kelsey Smith (Shawn), John David Leeper (Haley), Kevin Bolton, Caitlyn Osgood (David), Jerrad Orr (Haley) and Ben Leeper; and her great grandchildren, Oakley Orr, Evelyn Leeper and Rhett Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
