She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth A. Polis and John E. Polis; her son Karl D. Grossman IV (Cecilia); her granddaughter Alexandria D. Waldrip (Riley); her brother Daniel S. Polis; and her siblings-in-law, Sybil McClintock (Guy) and Martin K. Grossman (Lisa).

She is survived by: her siblings, Danniel and Kristie Polis.
