He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Flores and Socorro Orduna; his sister Altagracia Flores Orduna; and his son Jorge Norboerto Flores Huerta. He is survived by: his wife Norma Anna Flores; his children, Nelda Flores, Jose Luis Flores Leal (Sonia), Eugenia Adriana Flores Giron (Jose), Yolanda Flores Huerta and Luis Enrique Flores Giron; his stepchildren, Missy Ann Gonzales (Lupe), Manuel Lopez Jr. (Vaneza), Samantha Nicole Garza (Felix) and Stephanie Nicole Lopez; his great grandchild Justice O'neal Reece Jr.; and also, Natalia Flores Lopez, Daniela Flores Badillo, Kaleb Flores Badillo, Sofia Flores Badillo, Jose Luis Sanchez Flores, Maria Demi Sanchez Flores, Jose Jorge Maya Flores, Camila Beyounce Maya Flores, Mariam Regina Maya Flores, Debra Flores, Gabriel Flores, Angel, Mercedes Gonzales, Lupe Gonzales III, Julia Higuchi (Chris), Brianna Lopez, Manny Lopez, Jey Ceballos, Jayden Garza, Noah Garza, Cameron Garza, Madelyn Lopez, Davian Garza and Emilia Lopez. He is also survived by five brothers; five sisters;; and numerous nieces and nephews.
