She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Raymond and Lilla Mae Cole (Morgan); her husband Morris Glen Sanders; and her siblings, Manuel Cole, John Cole, Kenneth Ray Cole, Leon Cole, Mavis Cole-Boswell and Nelva Cole-Pratt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Sanders Bayer of Kirby and Wanda Sanders Pettijohn (Sonny) of Frankston, Texas; her grandchildren, Shanna Pettijohn Auer (Glen) of Flint and Ned Pettijohn of Memphis, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Auer, Jackson Auer of Flint, Edgar Pettijohn and Cora Pettijohn of Memphis, Tennessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
