She is survived by: her husband Floyd Hoffman; her children, Misty Garcia (Robert), Joseph Wright (Julie), Ray Greathouse (Brandy) and Billy Greathouse (Casey); her siblings, Barbara Richardson and Tommy Sims (Sue); and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Sims and Amanda Sims. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren.
