He is survived by: his former wife Minnie Hoffmann; his wife Minnie Gillam; his daughter Holly Rayfield (Shawn); his stepsons, Mike Ponder, Ed Ponder (Ruth Ann) and Tom Ponder (Jane); his brothers, Wayne Gillam (Nancy) and Gary Gillam (Shirley); and his granddaughter Katelyn Rayfield. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; and six step-great grandchildren.
