He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Kolafa; and his brother Timmy. He is survived by: his father Charlie Kolafa; his wife Tinna; his sons, Daniel (Kristina) and Cody; and his siblings, Rick (Danna), Kelly and Deanna (Thomas). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
