She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Sonny" and Barbra "Bobbye" Clements. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Hale of Fort Smith, AR and Lily Hale of Fayetteville, AR; her granddaughter Livian Adams of Fayetteville, AR; and her sister Jeannine Clements (Dede) of Mont Eagle, TN.. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.

Cindy asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart and Lung Association.
