He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Darve Smith (Gena), Shawn Lyn Smith (Kelly) and Trask Ian Smith (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Jordan Lea Pena (Dago), Trevor Smith, Angela Miller, Ashley Miller, Christian Smith, Hayden Smith and Aubree Smith; his great grandchildren, Nova Sue Pena, Esmeralda Pena, Jude Davidson and Willow Hill; his siblings, James Smith (Shirley), Joyce Hargis, Larry Smith, Marie Dugas, Kevin Smith, Audrey Broussard (Dwight) and Randy Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Watson (KM), Kathy Pelham (Jerry), Janet Harrison (Paul) and Lanita Polk (Lucky). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Curtis Lynn Smith passed peacefully on July 12, 2020 at the age of 74 following a 20+ year battle with Parkinson's Disease.
