He is survived by: his wife Christina Solis Maloney; his children, Dorian Maloney and Kaya Maloney; his stepchildren, Jaime Morales, Leo Morales and Teri Morales; his sister Mary Jo Smith; and his nieces, Emma and Abby Smith. He is also survived by his children, step-children, and wife.
