She was predeceased by: her parents, Overbey Hobbs (O. M.) and Ruby Hathcock Hobbs; her husband Donald A. D. Cowley; her brothers, Melvin and Larry Hobbs; her son-in-law Richard Wooderson; her siblings-in-law, Robbie Kay Hobbs, Yvonne Wright, Mary Lou Cowley, Joel Cowley, Jerry Cowley and Grady Wright; her parents-in-law, Jessie Cowley and Minnie Ola Terrill; and her nieces, Toni Rinehart and Sonya Cowley.
She is survived by: her children, Diona Wooderson of Clute and Duane Cowley (Angel) of Lake Jackson; her grandsons, Hayden, Isiah, Kendal Lassiter, Garrett and Levi Cowley; and her siblings, Barbara Pardue (Bill) and Glenn Hobbs (Brenda).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wesley First United Methodist (1 Wesley Dr, Clute, TX 77531).
