He is survived by: his brother Howard; his sister-in-law Sherri; his wife Doreen; his children, Paul Harvey (Marissa), Jamie Harvey (Melissa), Shannon Adams, Shari Gartman (Kenny) and Shane Shipman (Erin); his niece Donna Mason; and his nephew Shane Mason. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to support research and care for Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia.
