He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Desmo and Billie Bruce Noland (Ridelhuber); and his son Todd. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Noland; his children, Jay Moore (Debra), Vance Noland (Enidy) and Kelly White (Mike); his brother Jim Noland (Marie); and his daughter-in-law Donna Wehmeyer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
