He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Dyson; and his sons, Leslie C. Dyson and Jimmy Dyson. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Pate of Midland and Tim Dyson (Sheri) of Cranfills Gap. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
