She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Manley, Sr. and Holyce Stingley Manley; her husband Ned Simpson of Texas; her stepchildren, Pam and Curtis Simpson; and her niece Kristin Manley.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Manley, Jr. (Mary Jane); her grandchildren, Cheyenne Ruby (Tony) and Byron Dempsy; and her nephews, Robert Manley III and Ryan Manley. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
