She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Burl Barnes and Annie Fae Flanary (Flanary); her husbands, Bob Sumner and Bobby Sumner; and her sister Alma Pearl Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wayne Morales, Jerry Kenneth Morales and Angélique Robyn Pena (Charles Eugene "Gene"); her brother Milton Burl Barnes; her grandchildren, Kenneth Ryan Morales, Nicholas Edward Morales, Phillip Andrew Morales, Logan Ashton Pena, Alicia Nycole Pena and Alexis "Lexi" Danielle Pena; and her great grandchild Kelsey Pena.
