He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Anz Benfer Humphries and Jerry Benfer; and his brother Rusty. He is survived by: his uncle Larry "Mutt" Benfer (Anne); his sister Tammy Harris; his stepbrother Randy Benfer; and his cousins, Becky Johnson, Bobbie Krueger, Bonnie Kimball and Patty Koelzer.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Norse Cemetery (152 County Rd 4145, Clifton, TX 76634).
