She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otis A. Blue and Vera Blue (Vickrey); her brothers, O. D. Blue (Beverly) and Charlie Blue (Judy); and her nieces and nephews, Allison Bettendorf, Heather Harkovich, Scott Blue, Steve Blue and Brent Blue.
