He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Yarbrough and Rebecca Yarbrough (Watford); and his brother Greg Yarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Yarbrough; his daughter Xena Yarbrough; his brother Mark Robin Yarbrough; his son Bram Darby Yarbrough; his sister Jenny Watford; his brother-in-law Dr. Michael Golf; his niece Rachel Golf; and his nephews, Gregory Watford Golf and Isaac Watford Golf.

“Hello to all who loved Jeff- I am saddened by the loss of such a gentle man. Jeff and Mark and I were friends in Santa Cruz in 1978. I never forgot them. Recently read a book about Santa Cruz and that made me wonder what the bros. were up to these days... My son (R. Whitman Burns) lives in Dallas, and my husband and I took the train from Mich. to L.A. via Dallas and were in Austin in Feb. I feel desolate that I missed my chance to see Jeff again. -sherri DeBoef chandler”
