It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Fernandez of Clifton, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Fernandez and Pauline Fernandez; his brother James Fernandez; his son-in-law Carlton Jones; and his sisters, Pauline Medrano (Polly) and Catherine Renee Stemm.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Rose Fernandez (Montez); his children, Joann Jones of Houston, Laura Downing (Derek) of Crawford, Debbie Ochoa (Mario) of Clifton and Jacob Fernandez of Ft. Worth; his grandchildren, Tiffany Jones, Trey Jones (Katie), Robert Garza, Jennifer Scopel, Janna Ochoa, Mallory Ochoa, Emily Fernandez, Avery Fernandez, John Fernandez and Luke Fernandez; and his great grandchildren, Emery Scopel, Corley Scopel, Jackson Scopel, Cannon Scopel and Charlotte Jones. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
