She was predeceased by: her parents, Bass Wheeler and Sallie Jones Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Carol Whatley and Elton Whatley; her husband Raydell; and her grandchildren, Kevin, Chris, Rachel, Elton Jr. (Gracie), Kelsey, Shaniqua, Raydell, Brian, Mariah, Nathan, Billy Paul, Kennedy, Malcom, Jason Cameron, Elliyah, Kierra and Sa'rae. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
