It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dutch Schroeder Jr. in Clifton, Texas, born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Schroeder and Katherine Schroeder; his wife Betty; his daughter Emily Whelpley; and his brothers, Vernon, Marvin and Clarence Schroeder.
He is survived by: his son Tim Schroeder of Waco; his grandchildren, Eren Price (Waren) of Frisco, Kirk Lowe (Traci) of Friendswood, Matt Hodges of Waco, Hillary Hodges of Clifton, Amanda Carcaterra (Brian) of New York, Jennifer Kennedy (Matt) of California, Alex Merritt (Kevin) of Waco and Savannah Schroeder of Waco; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Schroeder and Patsy Schroeder of Austin. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
