He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. "Tom" Willis and Mary Ruth Willis (Marshall); his brothers, Billy Willis and Jerry Willis; and his son-in-law Jimmy Oglesby.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Willis (Huffman); his children, Bob Willis (Lisa), Missy McCartney (Gary) and Becky Oglesby (late Jimmy); his grandchildren, Casey, Brady, Macy, Madison, Molly, Shelby, Kashley, Julie, Chance, Jace, Jenna and Janna; his great grandchildren, Logan and Chandler; his sister Marilyn Storm; and his close friend Claudale Meinzer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame.
