He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Adeline Stanford and Irvin Elmer Stanford; and his wife Carla Stanford. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Williams (Spike) and Suzi Bottlinger (Chris); his stepchildren, Nathan Benfer, Mindy Webb (Tony) and Rusty Benfer; his grandchildren, Sloan Williams (Kevin Sklark), Alyssa Bottlinger (Chance Thompson) and Daniel Bottlinger (Morgan Garcia); and his great grandchild Harli Nowak.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St Olaf Lutheran Church (402 Meridian St, Cranfills Gap, TX 76637). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Olaf Lutheran Church (402 Meridian St, Cranfills Gap, TX 76637). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Rock Church Cemetery (2680 County Rd 4145, Cranfills Gap, TX 76637).
