He is survived by: his wife Sidney; his children, Stacy Carroll (Adam), Charles and Rawle Buckner Thomason III (Alexis); his grandchildren, Emily, Abigail, Kenady, Rachel and Reid; and his siblings, Jeanie Smith (Marshall), Edwin Thomason (Sandy) and Dell Thomason.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (211 S Avenue G, Clifton, TX 76634).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be sent to the Texas A&M Foundation, 401 George Bush Drive, College Station, Texas 77840.
