She was predeceased by: her parents, Werner "Lee" Schrank and Ola Windham Schrank. She is survived by: her husband Walter "Paul" Hollingsworth; and her children, Walter Keith (Roxanne Hollingsworth), Bryan Mark (Pamela Hollingsworth), Kimberly Regina (Ken Parish), Alicia Ann (Keith Smith) and Brenda Leigh (Mitch Hoke). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
