He is survived by: his parents, Oliver Zachary Bolt and Myrtle Onalee Bolt (Williams); his wife Joyce Bolt; his children, William Zachary Bolt (Janine), Oliver Daniel Bolt, John Doyle Bolt, Cody Michael Kenner, Allison Bolt Muth (Edward), Esmeralda Elizabeth Bolt and Theresa Onalee Bolt; and his sister Lynda Careway (Jim).
