Willie Mae (Simon) Rachal Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Willie Mae (Simon) Rachal (Cleveland, Texas), born in Iowa, Louisiana, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 67. She was preceeded in death by her parents Hart and Alzina Simon, as well as four sisters, Doretha Pete, Elertha Noel, Ellen Landry, Rosalee Simon, and two brothers; Roosevelt Simon and Murphy Simon. Willie Mae (Simon) Rachal leaves to mourn two sons, Jimmy Sr. (Suzanne) and Justin (Triva), as well as six grandchildren,
Emily (Alex Burgess), Jazzmyn, Jimmy Jr, Shane, Cassity, & Shaden., as well as Great Grandtwins Sébastien and Adrian Rachal. She is also survived by four sisters; Edmonia Schexnayder, Secmonuer Alexander, Aline Moore, Rose Simon, and one brother, Mose (Dorcenia) Simon, along with several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Willie Rachal worked for Spring Branch ISD for over 25 years & at Texas Bus Sales for over 15 years. She was also a member of Second Baptist Church for many years where she was loved greatly & will be missed dearly by her co-workers, students, church members, & friends

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 20th 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church, Woodway Campus (6400 Woodway Drive, Houston, Texas 77057).
