He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Pyeatt; his children, Megan Leigh Washburn and Jared Ethan Pyeatt; his brother Wayne Pollock (Ann); his grandchildren, Aaron Neal, Annabelle Shotwell, Destiny Pyeatt and Ethan Pyeatt; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Washburn (Deborah).
