She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Leslie Lewis; and her siblings, Bruce Loggins, Charlie Ray Loggins and Anita Loggins Dixon. She is survived by: her parents, Van Eugene Loggins and Ettie Mae Loggins (Anders); her children, Waymon Lewis and Lisa Ann Carter (David); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Laura and Michael.
