He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivan Dobbs and Viola Welch Dobbs; his wife Ruth Dobbs; his children, Kenneth Ray Risner and Angela Kae Brocken (Kenneth); his siblings, George Dobbs, James Dobbs (Donna), Mary Burks (Vernon) and Connie Vickery; his grandchildren, Erik Brocken and Taylor Brocken; and his great grandchildren, Camryn Brocken and Cora Brocken. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
