He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Glen Riggs and Ethel Irene Riggs; and his sister Margie Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Riggs; his sons, Mark Alan Riggs (Melinda Riggs) and Glenn Scott Riggs (Misty Bailey); his siblings, Faye Wells (Leon Wells), Arthur Riggs (Susie Riggs) and Marilyn Myers; his grandchildren, Cale Braden Riggs (Aimee), Caitlin Susanne Riggs, Hayden Mark Riggs, Collin Kenneth Riggs (Kylee), Courtney Noel Riggs, Tucker Autrey Riggs and Rylee Anne Riggs; and his great grandchildren, Braden Riggs, Daisy Riggs, Everly Riggs and Blair Riggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
