She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ronald A. and Margie M. Godkin. She is survived by: her mother Tommie Godkin Johnson (Danny Ray Johnson); her siblings, Tammy L. Kerekes (Dennis), Stephanie Quinn (Clint) and Nathan P. Wallace; her nieces and nephews, Kayla Sam, Hayden Quinn, Trevor Quinn, Trey Quinn, Victoria Morris, Olivia Morris, Emma Wallace and Alexander Morris; and her close friend Angela.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to help cover funeral expenses.
